Contact support
Email support@hiorio.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Spotter version and a short description of the problem. Attach a diagnostic log only if you choose to share it.
Get started
Tap Log a workout to enter exercises, reps and weights yourself. Or choose Start workout, allow camera access and place your iPhone where your body is clearly visible. Review detected exercises and counts after the workout.
Edit, delete and restore
Open a saved workout to edit sets, weights or notes. Delete moves it to Trash and excludes it from statistics. Open All workouts → Trash to restore it. Apple Health workouts are read-only; edit the original in Health or the app that created it.
Charts and muscle maps
The home screen summarizes your week and month. Calendar & stats opens date-based history; Workout report shows consistency and exercise progress. Muscle map distributes supported working sets using relative weights, not measured muscle activation or recovery. Warm-up sets are excluded from muscle totals.
Apple Health import
Open the workout calendar and choose Import workouts. Enable “Workouts” read access; distance and active energy are optional. Walking + Running Distance alone does not grant access to workout records. If imports overlap with Spotter records, review them before deleting a duplicate local copy.
Backups and language
In Routines & backup, create a JSON backup for restoration or export CSV for spreadsheets. Choose Save to Files in the share sheet. Drafts are not included. Settings offers device language, Korean and English. User-entered names and notes are not translated.
Camera tips
Keep the phone steady, provide good light and stay visible. Recognition is an estimate: check exercise names and reps, and correct them when needed. Manual logging works without camera permission.
